Hello so i recently purchased an upgrade for my computer i replaced my horrible biostar TA970 for an msi 970 gaming motherboard for amd am3+ (fx-8320) (r9 280) (16gb ddr3 1866) and when i installed everything it posted just fine but when i went into the boot menu to setup my boot device (120gb ssd) it didnt show any of my sata devices at all.... Please help before i need to rma my mobo also i have tried diffrent sata cables and ports and power also the sata controller is enabled and in ahci mode in bios its just not showing any devices

Still nothing i took out 2 sticks tried reinstalled aint get aything

Fans spin leds glow nothing shows up on screen

Kk just double checked they are seated currenly waiting the 15 secs to reinstal the battery

Yeh im getting power and ill check to make sure their seated but im sure they are ill try removing it again

I removed the battery with my psu unplugged for 15 seconds put it back in and rebooted it still no luck

No they were both the same speeds they both were 1866 but what was showing up was they were 800mhz but im trying the battery question should i have my psu unpluged while removing the battery?
