  1. I want to go back to a retail version of Windows 10. I currently have an Insider Build (Version 1607) and I want to remove it. I have looked through the Microsoft help website but I had no luck with any option that they gave me. I tried doing a system restore but that didn't work. What should I do to go back to a retail version of Windows 10? I don't want to have to put any CD key in or anything because I do not know where it is. I just want to press a button and go back to a normal version of windows if possible. Thanks in advance, Dimitris
  2. There are small items but not a lot. Smallest item in that folder is 6.4mb. I dont think thats small enough to lower the speeds that much
  3. I am transfering some data from one folder to another. Both folders are in the same hard drive and I am getting ridiculously slow speeds while transferring the data. Why is that?
  4. I was thinking of the i5 4690k because I plan to overclock the cpu as I did with the one I have now.
  5. Do you know which cpu I should buy? It is an 1150 socket. Will an i5 do the job or not?
  6. I have a $700 AUD budget. What should I get with it for upgrading my pc? Im not looking to use all of it but I want it to be better than it is now. I want it to be able to run GTA V on at least medium settings and some other demanding games like GTA. Currently I have: PSU: 550W CPU: Intel G3258 @3.5Ghz GPU: Asus 960 2GB Motherboard: Asus B85 Pro-Gamer Ram: 6GB Samsung DDR3 Tell me what I need to upgrade and what I should upgrade to. Thanks in advance
  7. So i bought some magnetic led strips for my case last week and they arrived in the mail today. I tried them on my case but they dont stick to it because my case is made of aluminium/aluminum. The company that makes these led strips doesnt have any adheasive strips and I went on a hunt for some but they were all too big for the leds. What can I do now? Can i just put tape on them or will that cause problems?
  8. Can I overclock my Intel G3258? I have an Asus B85 Pro Gamer Motherboard and the Intel G3258 @ 3.2Ghz. How do I overclock it if I can? Also what will change on the performance of the chip?
  9. So I just got on LTT forums and everything is so different now. It looks nicer than before. There is only one problem with the new look, it has slow loading times. I don't think it is my internet connection becuase it is really fast on upload and download so I am guessing it is Linus' servers because of this update? How long ago was the update? Is it still in developement because that will explain the slow loading times. Anyone else have this problem or is it jsut me because I am all the way in Australia?
  10. Yea I agree with r1Ns3. I dont think the cpu is right for this job but all the other components are all great choices.
  11. I have an asus 960 strix edition (2gb) and I want the Strix Logo to light up. I go on the nvidia geforce experience program where it says LED Visualizer to turn it on but it doesnt let me to. It has all three settings ticked (Nvidia GPU with Led Lights, windows vista, 7, 8 or 10 (I have windows 10) and the latest updates for both the gpu and software) but when I click Configure LED Visualizer it says no supported NVIDIA cards are found on the system even though it registers it on software. If the software doesnt support the 960 LED then how do I turn it on so it lights up?
  12. I agree with Oshino Shinobu, you dont need a 750w psu. If you want you can go up to 600w but 550w is enough
  13. That continous sound was under a medium load. When it is idle it does it every 10 seconds or so.
  14. I was streaming a pc build with my friend on twitch and I had to go to the toilet and told my friend to put thermal paste on the cpu, then put the heatsink on it and boot up the PC. I come back from the toilet and I see a big lump of grey goo all over the side on the cpu! PC specs: Cpu: i5 4460 Gpu: Asus 980 Motherboard: MSI H97-Gaming 3 Ram: Kingston 16gb ddr3 PSU: 650w (dont remember what brand it was) The motherboard wouldnt work and the cpu died! :(
