I also wonder if Kingston ValueRAM 8GB 1600MHz SODIMM RAM will work with these? And is a EVGA supernova 650 G2 enough to power all this things?

Hello im going to get a new graphic card, a R9 390 or a GTX 970. What i wonder is which of these two that is the better one and which one you guys recommend. I also need new power supplies is 700W enough or do i need more? I havent looked into the power suollies that much so any tips about good power supplies would be highly appriciated
