Did this thinking this might help, it did not. But I noticed a weird thing, in some cases my bios would revert back to previous version after my restart problem. I am assuming that the constant restart some how corrupted my bios and the motherboard booted with the backup bios. I have never seen this happening before.
I ran memtest for about 4 hours and 4 passes and no errors. So I guess I can rule out my ram.

And as both of you said, I am going to verify is it is my PSU. I have friend who just built a new system and he is ready to lend me his PSU for a week.

What he is trying to say, is that you need to quote something from the article itself (not the entire article) and then add your own original opinion on the subject. For example:

Then finish with some original thoughts of your own, for example: "So, what do you think of this? I personally think she should be grateful for the praise her hard work has amassed from the industry.".

You've already provided the source, so you are covered on that front. Just add a little more substance to the post itself to meet those guidelines and you will be fine.

This is a confusing article. "We shouldn't praise games soaked in the blood of people that made them". Okay, so we should instead let their long hours of hard work go without praise?  Working 80 hour weeks sucks, but that's the one downside of salary pay. You earn what you earn, regardless of how many, or how few hours you work. Nobody forces them to work there, and if people cannot handle the long hours, they will go elsewhere.

I also find her claims to be exaggerated too. She worked there for over 10 years, and claims "I don’t know if I ever worked less than 80 hours a week.". What in the world has Naughty Dog done in the last 10 years? They made the original uncharted trilogy, remastered (re-released) the Jak and Daxter collection, The Last of Us (Then remastered that too), remastered (re-released) the uncharted trilogy again, and then Uncharted 4. So the past 10 years had 5 titles, and then a remaster of 5 titles. Her role mostly involved the Uncharted series, as she was not involved in the directing or writing of The Last of Us. She was also only involved in two Jak titles that I could find with her credited. So that is 4 uncharted games and 2 Jak titles over the course of 10 years. Roughly 41,600 hours for those 6 titles. Either her role is underplayed, and she does far more than these few titles, or she is over-exaggerating her schedule.

Either way, it doesn't really matter. She got paid for her work, and the people that work on the titles deserve what praise the industry is willing to give them. To say we shouldn't praise them just because they work intense hours, is just silly. Regardless of our praise, they are going to work as hard as they are told to, might as well show them its not in vain.

The highest tier of CPU's in any particular platform usually get 'expensive' when people realize their lower-end CPU's are a bit slow, and they want to upgrade but not commit to an entire new system.

And why not?  If you're sitting there with, say, a Celeron G1610 (one of the cheaper dual core Ivy Bridge CPU's), and you need a faster computer, buying an i7-3770 and slapping it on your existing motherboard  (if only a cheap board) is an extremely attractive proposition instead of basically buying a new machine with a Skylake which is barely any faster.

Well there are core2duos that have a $300 msrp. It makes sense for the ivybridge cpus to be prices higher compared to the skylake because they are comperable in performance, so new manufacturing processes will make cpus cheaper just like anything else.

If you are looking for completely specific changes beyond lithography then you will most likely have to go work for intel and get classified info out of them.

Pricing for Ivy Bridge is likely unreliable since it is long not for sale, and used pricing can vary a lot. Do note whatever people ask for, doesn't mean they get it.

For generation differences while something likely exists out there, I'm not sure where that would be. There are usually good write ups of each generation on sites like Anandtech, but it wont give you all the generations in an overview. Some things will benefit from new architectures more than others.

Personally, I never had an Ivy Bridge but assuming it is near enough the same as Sandy Bridge, going to Haswell got you a bunch of new instructions in AVX2 and FMA, which can give a nice boost to software using it. The refresh to Broadwell was less exciting apart from the novelty of 128MB L4 cache on the desktop parts. This can help some niche cases. On again we get to current Skylake. They tightened some instruction timings which provides a bit of a benefit, as well as bringing DDR4 ram to the mainstream.

The goal of this project right now is to get everything installed in the 750D, so I have a system that is a bit more mobile, as a few LANs is coming up. I have also planned some more upgrades and to mod the case, but that is later.

Also this will not be a fast build, as this is a refresh of a project that I have spent 1,5-2 years on already.

In that case, it sounds like the motherboard is toast. Specifically, it sounds like the power delivery systems have a short circuit.
Before you give up on it though, try resetting the BIOS using the on-board jumper - if there's no jumper, remove the battery for a while.
If you can, try using a different CPU, because it could be the CPU that's shorted. (You could use any CPU that's compatible with the mobo - new, used, borrowed.)

If you're only getting a single nudge from the CPU fan and nothing else, and you are sure the PSU is ok. Then your mobo is most likely dead.

To make sure you can try a single stick of RAM (validated to work in a different pc) in all the slots and you could try a different CPU (also one known to work) if you have one.
But between the RAM, CPU and mobo, it is usually the motherboard that dies first... Sorry bro.

    Research Research Research!!
I would suggest researching the laptop a little bit more to see what other buyers and users think of the it and their experience using it. A lot of the time there are small things that you may not realize you wont realize would be a problem until you buy it. Also, it can give a look into what their customer service is like and what kinds of problems they will work with in reality compared to what they say they will work with on paper.

I would start here and then move on to other websites...I get the feeling what you will find will be pretty similar to whats in here.
