And could this be a gpu problem? when i run furmark it stutters about every other second or so unless i turn the center ring off

Also when i went to install the whql again i got this would this be my problem?

one other thing is i have my asus ai overclocking set to off but my cpu is still running at like 4.9

Hi I have been getting really bad hanging while playing games, crashing sometimes and not others not sure what the problems are tried messing with bios settings and fiddeling with it for about 3 weeks now. io have a 2080, and an i7 9700k so i should be getting lag like i am. i get frame drops and hangs but when i look at my fps counter it doesn't reflect my drops. a couple crash screens are linked thanks for help! Ok, thanks, Amazon just says that the Alienware is a 16:9 for some reason so I was confused, I think I'll go with that then!

So i have been looking around for a new monitor and i was thinking an ultra wide but some ultrawides are labeled as 16:9 and others as 21:9. Are they both ultrawides? what would really be the difference? Any recomendations on UltraWides at 1440P with 100 plus hrs have been thinking about the Dell Alienware 1900R 34.1 but wasnt sure if the 16:9 was true ultawide thanks for the help and sugestions!

I just got a used gtx 980ti and i put it in my pc and everything was going good... until like 2 minutes later my screen went black and display lost signal. I have the latest drivers for my motherboard and nvidia i googled this and everyone says this solved there problem but it still happens to me. I have a msi z97s sli krait edition motherboard. If you could help me that would be great!
