  1. Hello. I have finally beaten my last OC. I don't think its possible for me to do any better with the current cpus installed. I have a set of x5679 that i can try when i get bored.
  2. I am currenty looking at upgrading my pc to broadwell-e when its releases and i would just like to know how much i could sell my current set up for. I would be selling: Evga sr2 Matched pair of xeon x5690 48gb of Gskill trident x 2400mhz Koolance & bitspower motherboard water blocks Two ek supremacy evo cpu blocks
  3. 1. Restart your computer and keep pressing F8. 2. From the menu, select boot in safe mode with command prompt. 3. once you’re at the command prompt, type “net users” (without quotes) 4. You will see a list of usernames. Pick the username that you are using and type “net users username *” (without quotes, replace username with a real username from that username list) 5. You will be asked to enter a new password and a second reconfirmation. 6. Press enter and you will be told that your username password has been changed successfully.
  4. Not Checking to see if my new psu was compatible with my my first sr-2. Ended up killing the board and one of the cpus.
  5. I just pick up an amazing lot of core 2 duo's off local classifieds. Me and my 750i ftw are going to have some fun this weekend.
  6. Well i can tell you going from a pair of overclocked gtx 670's at 1303/6800, to a single r9 290x was about the same performance in fire strike.
  7. I would go with EVGA, I've had 7 of their gpus and never had any problems with them. I did have to rma a motherboard once but it was pretty painless.
  8. No the wine is caused by power delivery, not buy heat produced.
  9. IMO You gain very little over an AIO for water cooling, unless your plan is to add the gpu/mobo to the loop or overclocking.
  10. I have triple monitor but in a portrait mode. Compared to landscape i don't have any issues with distortion. IMO a 4k 40" would be better then surround or 1440p.
  11. That is such a nice case, just seeing it makes me want a mini itx build but I would definitely go with the quiet front panel. It makes the case look a lot sleeker imo.
