  1. Hello guys, i am utterly lost so i thought i would gather some information to see if anyone can help I have an MSI Z690 WIFI MPG recently all my DACs and several USB items are appearing as unknown devices and i have to switch USB ports, then it works. The weirdest thing i am experiencing is that the LAN port starts of at my maximum of 990mbps then slowly starts dropping, and every consecutive test i do brings it lower and lower till it stops at 80mbps. I also hear crackling on my HD800s headphones through my topping a90 d90 combo, but on a standard laptop, NOTHING, crystal clear. this has not always been like this. There is a buzzing coming from my PSU. List of things i have done to try and remedy. Clean install x3 Removed all drivers, used both windows and MSI drivers. USB lan shows the same issue when plugged into pc USB lan works perfectly on my surface laptop Removed every bit of hardware, barring what is required to run the system. Reflash bios and cleared it to default different cable on all hardware MSI MPG WIFI Z690 INTEL 12900k DDR5 RAM 32gb i1000 from corsair Reference 3090ti Reference 3060ti I am pulling my hair out about this, i have started the RMA process, but it is bugging me that i cannot identify the issue. Anyone have an Tech Tips per say Cheers Lads and Ladettes
  2. I used the Nvidia smi to set my my cards to p0 permanently, can i return it to the default setting and how ? please i would appreciate the help.
  3. with the ti only having just come out, are we not looking at another years wait ?
  4. ok what in gods green earth is a volta ?
  5. Then it shall have to be done, I will patiently wait for a review to see if it even has the drivers to run games.
  6. I have the titan X pascal, so i was wondering whether i should take the dive. I have loved the titan, but i am running games on the ultra wide predator x34 and i just need like another 10-20% increase to get to where i need, i just despise having to turn visual settings down. I just don't wanna get another titan xp as that would be overkill and the 1080 ti just wont cut it.
  7. Damn, I am a stupid consumer and i want / need it but i wanna make sure the performance is going to be noticeable.
  8. while i understand that, there must be reviewers who do this for a living ? I simply don't understand. I have never seen this much of a benchmark drought.
  9. Ok, I don't understand this, apparently the titan xpp (the new titan xp) is supposedly for sale already, how comes i cannot for the life of me find a decent gaming performance comparison ? Am i missing something ? Help a brother out.
  10. I will do it on a spare hard drive, that way I wont lose data, once i 100% isolate the issue, I am going to write a scathing email to ubisoft, then delete it because no one will read it and no one will care and the division 2 in 2020 will still have no sli support.
  11. I am so close to selling the 980s and going single TI, god damn this, I will do a fresh install, remove all visible dust and isolate the issue before i sell them tonight, will try windows 7 and 10, I will get back to the thread once done, I hope a fresh install will fix it because this is getting ridiculous.
  12. what resolution are you running at mate ? and thanks for the speedy replies.
  13. yeah 58 LOL in SLI!! i get a solid 65+ on a single card, checked each individual card and they are operating as they should and i don't know what is going on. I assume you have the 980 sli aswell ? if so what res are you running it at and what is your processor, power unit and nvidia drive version ?
