The original Maxtor Hard Drive was on Master (I couldn’t tell you if this was factory). I put it on cable select along with the test 200GB drive in there on cable select, and it works just fine.

To me, it seems that you probably won't get anywhere with another wireless adapter. Do you get the error when you go into the recovery partition, or when you go to reinstall macOS? What key combination do you use?

If by any chance you have another Mac or you can borrow another Mac, maybe you can try creating a bootable installer for macOS: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201372

That's what I'm going to do from now on. Though for some reason I couldn't get the extended test to fail despite two of my programs say that I have problems.

Appleboy45 got a reaction from GDRRiley in Unable to Boot into Mac OS 9 CD
Before I begin, I don't want any flame wars about the fact that I use Macs. I use what I want, you use what you want. So anyway, bought a Snow iBook G3, 500MHz 12", 192MBs of RAM and no OS. I tried installing Mac OS 9.1 on the computer, but I can't get the computer to boot into the CD. The CD does have scratches, but it worked on a iMac G3 so it should be able to boot into the CD. I even tried booting into the CD with the iMac after attempting to use the CD on on the iBook. I tried holding the C key during the startup tone, and I tried holding alt to go into the boot menu. But no such luck. I did try booting into a OS X 10.0 Cheetah CD, and installed Cheetah without a problem. The optical drive did have some squeaks when doing this though. But didn't squeak when playing CDs. The clock battery is dead as when the laptop came in, there was no battery installed and turning it on resulted on having the time set back to 1970. I did try resetting the time to see if it would work but no such luck either. Any tips on helping me boot into Mac OS 9?

That is the main operating system. I just want to put OS X 10.6 on a flash drive and run that on the MacBook every once in a while just to experience it again. I'm more of a fan of the previous version of OS X, but 10.11 ain't bad.

It's problem the RAM since that thing is a headache to use sometimes due to low memory.

Depending on the version of android, you'll normally  be able to see if they are on the SD card or internal storage in your settings then app manager, for me, I have an "On SD card" tab. Not sure if this helps.
