    same thing happens just the core clock is 100mhz higher. i also tried to force a constant voltage

    its at base clocks. and both nividia and windows are at max performance

    yeah i know thats normal but mine is going form 1200 to 600 and my frames are droping from 100 to 40

    target temp 91. power limit 139% . core voltage +87mV. card is not thermal throttling. before the problem came about the card was stable at 75 degrees which is normal
