For the first build I was looking at the higher end parts as I only do builds every 7-10 years for myself. I'm also only considering the MB if I can get a discount on it and the card is also still up in the air depending on benchmarks.

Hi, I'm looking for a laptop recommendations for my brother who needs it for programming. He currently uses a Surface Pro 3 and it seems to be overheating every time he runs multiple applications (i.e. video conferencing, visual studio, developer/server). With a maximum budget of $1200 what would be the best option to buy currently?

I just checked newegg and amazon, but those don't include VAT in them and they have a delivery fee. The KSP website has VAT included, so it seems to be the same exact prices.

I believe it comes out the same due to delivery. The Eilat prices have no tax attached to them.

Yes, that's what I am looking for as the two 1080 ti's are currently in SLI, but if we had for example another GPU (2080 ti) if we can technically use it for different/specific programs such as computer vision and machine learning.
