  1. Wait a few more days and go for the 1600.
  2. I know but, until I decide on what to do, are there any general recommendations in this price range that I could take a look at?
  3. I bought my current chair from Staples. I Especially in my country stores like that tend to be quite overpriced. I was thinking of ordering the chair from an European Amazon for example.
  4. Hi guys, I need to replace my current chair because the foam on the seat has completely colapsed and I'm basically sitting on the cardboard below the foam, which is very uncomfortable. Plus it squeaks more than a dogs toy.... I'll be sitting on it for around 3 hours a day, maybe more on weekends. I'm 6 feet / 1,83m tall and wheigh between 250-255 pounds / 115 Kg. Im' looking to spend 200-250€ tops. Any recommendations?
  5. I see... Can you give an example of a VPS provider you would use for this application? You peaked my interest with this VPN in a VPS concept. I assume that by your criteria something like OVH would be out of the question...despite them offering a VPS for 2,99€/mo, which is quite cheap imo.
  6. I'm an idiot, I thought that the box's OS could monitor traffic in plain text of each VM But with a VPS provider you don't controll the server as such right? You control a VM hosted by the server?
  7. But don't the same questions apply in that situation? How do you know that your VPS provider isn't keeping logs? How is this different/better compared with a dedicated VPN provider?
  8. If you guys are ok with Microsoft's telemetry taking in way more data about you than it's needed, it's on you... But to answer to OP, if there is nothing wrong with your Windows 7 installation, then stay put.
  9. I also have an RX480, and I have recently completed both Metro games maxed-out on Linux and it was a very smooth and enjoyable experience I was actually thinking about buying Hitman, but maybe you can give me some indication on what the performance is like in that game before I buy it?
  10. Even then, if your two VPN providers are from the US you're in the shit all the same. I think the best bet would be to pay for a VPN provider that's located outside of any of the five eyes countries:
  11. Than the CPU is not being able to keep up with the GPU, and is causing the stuttering. Not much you can do besides upgrading the CPU.
  12. Most likely not. How is the CPU usage during the game? If it's high than that's the most probable cause of the stuttering.
  13. Because red overpriced products are really going to get people thinking about AIDS and helping the cause....
  14. Go with Linux Mint for a very simple, and easy to familiarize yourself with, operating system. There are countless guides on how to install it, but if you have installed windows with a usb in the past, this would be just as easy. Use Rufus to load de ISO to the usb, boot off it and you're off to the races...
  15. People are just trying to help, because you're apparently trying to solve a noise problem by replacing a piece of hardware that is not making that noise..... Regardless, you want silence? Buy BeQuiet Silent Wings and run them at our under 800RPM.
