On a 1030, even the GDDR5 version, most of the gains from overclocking will come from the memory. I have a laptop with a MX150 (basically a mobile 1030) and I managed to get the memory from 6000Mhz effective, up to 8000Mhz. That was still only about 5 fps at most, but it's what you can expect.

Give it  another year, especially with the GPU market as it is and if you're only playing at 1080p. Besides, you'd probably see decent gains just by upgrading the CPU first.

I think you don't know what the term bottlenecking means. It doesnt mean a maximum performance or anything like that at all.
 
Bottleneck means a component can't deliver it's max performance due to another component,

a 8700k will not limit any GPU on the market now, any GPU will be able to deliver 100% performance with a 8700k

Thumbnails that are not photo shopped are way better and the ones that are shouldn't be used it as it gives the video a way less professional look and is just plain annoying and anti-consumer.

Here's the thing. You can't make cats do funny things on command. Nor can you make sure you've got a camera on hand when something funny does happen. Want funny cat videos? Google "funny cat videos". The internet is already full of them.
