I rung sky today and all they could offer was an extra €15 a month which would give me another box. I cant really afford that now after buying the console and with Christmas so close but I think its looking like the only option left now. Thanks for the help.

a long cable isn't possible as the living room is downstairs and bedroom upstairs

Hi everyone, If I have this in the wrong section please let me know. I was one of the lucky people to have gotten an Xbox one and am really interested in its media features. I live in Ireland so my cable box is with Sky TV. I have always had my games consoles in my bedroom and cable box in the living room which are on opposite ends of my house. I really don't want to bring the Xbox one to the living room if I can help it so I was wondering if any of you might have any suggestions on how to transmit hdmi signals across a house? All help will be really appreciated and please no fanboy wars over which console is better or that pc gaming is the best please. Thanks,Kieran.
