So I need to literally spell it out? since he has physical access, he can use the simple swap of command prompt with sticky keys so he can go to my account and access my stuff and I am NOT okay with that -

I prefer the failsafe method of upgrading before clean install or reset

go open an administrator cmd run these commands: cd D:\ del D:\onedrive then go check

Go to control Panel -->search for indexing options at indexing options, enable it if it is disabled, maybe Windows search in services.msc is disabled then select everything on C:\and every drive you want indexed then rebuild the index. Depending on the size of your HDD/SSD it MAY take up to 12 hrs
