Put the track in \Steam\steamapps\common\MGS_TPP\CustomSoundtrack
And your custom track should be in-game.
Just check the "Custom music" folder in the cassette tapes.

I actually like that game even though Ubisoft downgraded the graphics, it was still a fun game for me.

This is as close as I can get to your budget if you want that rendering power.
1. The Xeon E3-1231 V3 is basically a locked i7 at a cheaper price. 2. If you wanna get 2 120GB SSDS, you might as well as get 1 256GB at a cheaper price and get more storage later. 3. Wasting most of your budget on the GPU is not good when you're on low budget, so I picked a 290 which is still a decent card. 4. Changed the optical drive to something cheaper. Background story time!
I was on a flee market somewhere near me and i notice a cheap Acer Vetonlin (or something)
So i asked the price, and he said "i'll take 50 euros" and i was like alright i'll take it!
Back home i notice it still had 4Gigs of DDR2 533Mhz A bit slow but still useable, a 275w PSU of FSP a decent brand and 250Gigs HDD and all the stock stuff.
So what i did first was push my GT 430 in it and fast enough i see the framerate are low.
My first guess was the GPU is just to slow and putting my old GTX 650 (yes i said old "titan owner ^^" and games runs very smooth and nice on high settings in most cases.
So here i am testing the Q6600 with a GTX 650 and a PCI-E lane that have only rev 1.1 not even 2.0...
And soon i'll get also a AMD Phenom II x4 805 to put agains the Q6600

The point of this test ?
Some ppl think pc gaming is always expensive, well no!
PC gaming is cheaper then console gaming in the long term.
2nd reason pc gaming is better because we can play all old games ever released on the pc no matter what there will be always a way!

- Grid 2
- Skyrim
- Battlefield 4
- Saints Row 4
- Just Cause 2
- Others?

All games wil be played on 1080p and high preset with 2/4xMSAA (MSAA depens on preset)
All games will be recorded with shadowplay

Results
 
Battlefield 4, Medium Preset, No AA, 1920x1080, Min 20fps avg 31fps max 57fps (fps results are without recording with shadowplay)

There is not such thing as "future proof," you can build a computer that can survive through one generation but that's about it before it becomes better just to move on. Honestly I would say spending this much money on a computer is kind of pointless unless it's imperative to your work. There is no way it's going to last three years, technology just moves way too fast these days. $1500 seem to be the range before diminishing returns on your money. 
 
For example 
1) DDR4 is going to hit commercially later this year
2) Haswell-E is arriving in Q3 '14, not to mention Broadwell
3) GTX 790 launch is eminent. 

Buy a $2000 pc now and another $2000 pc in 3 years. Much more future proof

Finally, a worklog. i would like to thank Linus for posting my work and sharing it to the internet last night!

Asus was kind enough to send me a GTX690 last 2012  because they liked what i did for their Sabertooth z77 board. The ArmorSuit Z77 build. 

Now I started thinking if I could sell this card but then I realized that it's a bit old now and maybe it needs some overhauling before I sell. Thus I made my first ever AsusGTX690 Paultan Edition GPU.

So as you can see, there's a big problem for me. The green logo that lights up will mess up my color theme. So before I started this project, I made sure that I already found a way how to change the color of the logo. From green, to GOLD!
 
now for the process!

I started drawing the pattern of ROG motherboards and got some vinyl stickers and started cutting them. Then applied it on the card it self.
 
The goal is to make a texture that doesn't take too much attention.

First layer is a matte black finish.
 

 

 
The black is too mainstream for my taste and doesn't add any "paultan" feel to it. so I decided to add another coat this time with a mist of gun metal.
The goal is not to make it silky smooth finish, I'm going for a rough surface. here's the result

You can clearly see how brown it is. So I will fix it and make it more sexier.
