I wasn't saying bottlenecking is based around FPS, I was just using that as a graph to compare performance of similar hardware that ISNT bottlenecked to see if it sounds about right.

Speccy says its running at that rating. And I only had Google Chrome and Frostwire opened when I posted those specs with those temps.

Yes it is set to run at 1600MHz, it says thats what its running @ in BIOS. Also, I turned on AMD Turbo OC to run my Processor at 4100, going to see how that goes for a while.

I will boot into BIOS and check now, will report back in a second with what is going on.

Also does anyone else know why it says my RAM is running at 802MHz when it's 1600MHz? I have BIOS set for it to run at rated speeds?

I don't believe it is, (I get 60-75FPS in BF3 on all Ultra or AUTO settings)...
