  1. I'll say I always look for the mids, in battery life 6 to 8 would be nice. Low srgb have no idea, but something that I can see in outsides. And I prefer upgradable ram but that's usually is only on 15" laptops that add more weight and don't want that. Either way never used a laptop with more than 8gb ram
  2. I'm from central America, work for an NGO that helps the poor. So I move a lot in town in my bike getting things, documents, medicine, food, car parts etc. Whatever is required. So I'm in need of something small and lightweight and like 13 or 14" would be nice. Budget yes, don't want to spend more than 800$ I'm thinking in the convertible that way I don't need to get a tablet, just see the screen without the keyboard. At first I was interested in the surface Go or a pro old model. But I saw ifixit reviews with a difficulty to fix or something to upgrade.
  3. Hello, I've been needing to upgrade my old Aspire 3rd gen i5 for quite some time. looking for something portable that'll last me all day without worries. It'll be used for Work on the go (ride a motorcyle mostly all day for work), Media, reports, and rarely I would say I'll game on it. Already have some options I've been looking like the ryzen mobile series, but I'm not sure on how the devices go, drivers updates, performance... Let me know your suggetions. This are some options I have seen: Lenovo Yoga 730 for $684: Link Lenovo Flex AMD for $555: Link HP Envy x360 Ryzen 5 for $620: Link HP Envy x360 i7 + Nvidia mx250 for $770: Link
  4. I'm dreaming awake

  5. Yea I understand, me I've been saving for like 3 years for this. Now I can say I'll make this the build to go for years
  6. I have ordered everything today, it was very difficult to get the CPU by the way... sadly I couldn't used newegg, it had some pretty good combo deals
  7. So what's your suggestion then? I can go with the pro gaming or the G1 gaming 7, I found good combo deals.
  8. Well, good thing I won't Daisy chain with this monitor for at least a year
  9. Thanks, so this anwser my question, I'll be getting this monitor this week
  10. What grapgics card you use? I've read that is mostly in Nvidia Cards
  11. Did you had any issues in a bug I have read about detecting it as a HDTV? Actually I'm buying it for the IPS display and DP port. In my country DP is not so known so I'm trying a good Monitor in my 200$ budget... give or take couple more bucks there.
  12. As all you can see, this will be my first build EVER! So talking me about the brands I'm like.. what? Just this past couple of months I have seen ppl ranking the brands like: Asus, Msi, Gigabyte, or Msi, Gigabyte, Asus or Gigabyte, Asus, Msi. Simply at this point I just don't know which one to choose I just look at the specs and the features. Suggest me a specific model would be more useful for me thanks.
  13. Hey guys, So this thing of monitors has been a true headache for me this days, so much options and don't know what to get This one Looks good for 1080p, DELL U2414H has some good ratings and reviews and the ultrasharp thing looks nice. NOthing can be compared like seeing it like yourself but in the shops here almost all sell AOC I can't expect to have something this quality. You have any other suggestions? this will be powered by a GTX 970 SSC Also, Someone said that the LG ultrawide looks great but don't know how well the games will handle that wide. Thanks!
  14. Hey Guys So the thing is like the Title says, I was going to get the Asus Pro Gaming but it just got the price raised so the G1 gaming 5 microatx is right on the price that the pro gaming is. Is it worth it? Or can you suggest me something better? this is my first build and I'll be doing some gaming, editing, minor overclocking, Multimedia, work, etc. If you wonder this is my build so far.
