  1. So how can i restart ? like i have the os disk and backup how can i completely clean my hdd and ssd?

  3. i already look online for the solution but often the solution is to use powershell which after i use pwershell in command, my pc start to freeze and i have to restart my pc couple time to get it back to normal And there not way to make the task bar work again other than restart the pc, Plz help
