I have done both way to check I have put hdmi cable in the gpu and to the motherboard?

Hello my name is chris I have a problem when I boot up my pc with my graphics card the white led stays on and It takes a bit to boot up that way but when i remove my graphics card it boots up fine I have a asus z390 e gaming rog motherboard with a rtx 2070 and 16gb hyperx ddr4 memory I have never had this problem before please help

i have a intel core i7 920 and i need a motherboard to go with it any good suggestions or know the model or make to if it please help
