  1. Rocking a $20 gigabyte keyboard with a logitech g430 headset and a logitech g602 mouse. A mechanical keyboard would be a dream!
  2. It looks amazing! impressive optics and lens to get an image so accurate with those tight angle!
  3. My friends is wanting to help me him out with upgrading his current computer setup, so he already has some of the parts needed. The list of upgrades we decided on are: http://au.pcpartpicker.com/p/VxxBnQ He mainly uses it for gaming an general computer tasks. I'm just wondering what anyone's thoughts are on the parts an whether we can get an more performance for the price. Any help would be much appreciated.

  5. So I Recently got an i5 4690k, with an asrock z97 pro 4 and coolermaster 612 pwm. I am trying to overclock it and see how far i can push it, yet still be stable for 24/7 usage. Currently I can get it stable at 4.6 ghz with 1.29 volts and max temps of around 82C on aida64 and prime95. Or stable at 4.5ghz witg 1.245 volts and max temps around 70C on aida 64 and prime 95. Is it worth the extra 100mhz and what is the maximum safe voltage for this chip?
  6. I could save over $100 dollars with an 8320
  7. What would be the difference in performance if I went for an amd 6300 or 8320 instead?
  8. 212 is out of stock, what high quality Psu would be cheap enough to fit an ssd?
  9. Do you have a way that I can shave off enough money to fit an ssd in that budget without sacrificing performance?

  11. Hey, I am looking to build a new computer. I am fairly new to this but have done a bit of research and want a few more opinions. I live in Australia and the site I want to buy from is MSY due to it having much lower shipping costs to my area then PCCG. My budget is around $1400 which includes a good quality monitor and semi-decent keyboard. I'm trying to find a few ways to cut a few dollars of my build so far. My main use will be gaming and i plan to try and overclock the cpu and gpu. Cpu: Intel i5 4690k $314 cpu cooler: Cooler master 612p $49 Gpu: Sapphire r9 280 $259 Motherboard: AsRock z97 pro 4 $149 Memory: Kingston HyperX fury 2x4GB $94 PSU: Antec HCG 620w $105 HDD: WD blue 1TB $69 Case: Corsair 230T $99 Monitor: AOC IPS 23" I2367FH $218 Keyboard: Gigabyte GK Force K3 $22 Total: $1378 before shipping Also I need a copy of Windows for as cheap as possible. Any help is greatly appreciated.
  12. My friend recently got a new MSI r9 290 as well as a Aerocool VP-750 power supply, when they are installed in the system it will boot into but then crash as soon as any slightly demanding programs are opened. My theory is that the PSU's dual 12V rails won't provide enough amperage to the graphics card as they only supply 25A per rail and only one rail supplies power to the PCIe connectors. Therefore as the graphics card draws more then the 25A the power supply can't handle it and shuts the computer off. Is this right and does it mean we will need to get another PSU. Other specs are: AMD fx-6300 AsRock 980DE3/U3S3 Samsung 120gb SSD any help or opinions would be muchly appreciated.
  13. I recently picked up the sennheiser cx 215 for $80Au, I'm no audiophile and don't have a lot of experience with more expensive headphones but i can not fault the sound for all types of music. I did i bit of research to find them and couldn't find anything better for the price from reviews and such. Might be a bit cheap for what you are looking for but I can't recommend them highly enough for the price.
