Welp, Turns out my laptop comes in 4 variations of displays. One of them having Freesync. HP Never mentioned it having Freesync. I got cheated out of Freesync :(

    If your laptop is still under warranty/official coverage, ask them how much it would cost to get that model (in exchange for what you currently have)...

    @TopHatProductions115 I probrably voided the warranty opening it up for the SSD and RAM upgrades xD

    @TopHatProductions115 Ill see if HP will give me the Freesync model then :P. Ill just say that me and a friend got one but he has freesync and I dont xD
