    man, try to find some used stuff in order to make a pc with 140 euros.
    140 euros will get you nearly nothing  brand new.
     
    aggeliopolis and skroutz are good choices to start looking for used stuff.

    Why not just use a raspberry pi 2? That's 70 bucks all included.
