Where the hell are the MOBO standoff's on top!? You can see there is no screw securing it to a standoff in the top left, since the entire board shifted I would have to assume the same is true for the top right mount.
Did you remember to install the standoffs and screw the board in?
Stop trying to power it on, it's probably shorting out. Take the whole thing out, install your standoffs, and screw the thing down.
