  2. I know why advertisers pay for ads, but that doesn't matter to me. There will always be ads. The point is if you block them, the person who made the video or website doesn't get money for what they worked on. When someone pirates something, they get something without the person who made it getting money. That is how they are related. That is all I am saying.
  3. I know, but he said DRM needs to die. He never said which DRM. Sorry for the confusion.
  4. Yeah. The mistake was that I didn't google search before making a statement. I usually do so that's why I feel stupid. :P
  5. Yes, but that doesn't matter. There will always be ads. The point is that if you disable them completely you are getting something without the person who made it getting money.
  6. Yes, but it doesn't matter if someone gets influenced by the ad. The ad still played. The person still gets money. If someone uses something to completely stop the ad from playing, they don't get money, just like if someone pirates something. That is how they are connected.
  7. Recently, I have been playing CS:GO, TF2, Minecraft, and FEZ.
  8. So you want them to close steam? Steam is Digital Rights Management.
  9. If you go to the bathroom, they still get money from the ad playing. I'm not exactly sure how fast forwarding works with advertisements.
  10. I am pretty sure they will release half life 3 with the new source engine.
  11. The only way I see they are alike is that they both involve the person who made something not getting paid even though someone is using or watching what they made.
  12. I haven't experienced this at all with my HTC One.
  13. Of course it will. When it's released that is.
