850 evo is not nvme, it's still sata

definitely good to have a decent one, but something like a 960 or even a 750 ti would be excellent for this

dont think theres many mods that a 960 couldnt power through easily

what this guy needs isnt used hardware, its a bigger budget
minecraft and its mods are very oorly optimized, so hes gonna need some serious cpu power
however, for a gpu, just about anything will do

Some are cheap, some are reliable, some have long lives, some are fast. it's about finding the balance
That said, samsung is often the favorite for life and speed but not cost, but on the other end something like pny might be more risky but cheaper.

a splitter just splits power
a hub splits the signal power and boosts it so every fan gets a proper amount of power and runs at the right speed
