You may want to check for any Spy/Malware/Virus infections. Disabling updates is a pretty standard MO for malware. I'd just try running a round of standalone anti-malware, just in case your installed defensive software lineup has been compromised. ComboFix, TDSSKiller, and MalwareBytes Anti-Rootkit are 3 decent scanners to run. Make sure to download them on a known-clean computer and bring them over via USB flashdrive.

Obviously TeamLTT tapped FreeGeek for that old case, but does anyone know if they ship to the US, or some other US source for old AT/ATX chassis other than the overpriced "vintage" section of eBay? I'm really looking for something in that lovely disgusting beige we all know and adore, along the lines of this old beast. Once upon a time, I owned this exact chassis, and I WANT IT BACK! I NEED a tiny little monster like this in my life. I live out in the boonies, so I can't get decent internet. That means my monster PC, NAS, and Plex library server stay at my office and I've got diddly squat at my house. I need something that can handle a bit of mild to medium gaming and a couple of 2TB 2.5-inchers would give it a nice library for a home media PC. PLEASE pick me!

I'd love to win that headset! My earlobes are super sensitive to most earphones/earbuds and the MemFoam and leather sound awesomely comfortable! Also, my big head has broken 4 pairs of PX22s and a Logitech G930, which is a pain because me job has me using a soft phone for VOIP calls, and I wear my headset all day. Those big monsters look like something I could finally wear for work and BE COMFORTABLE, instead of ending the day with a migraine from all-day head squeezing! Even if I don't win the giveaway, Feenix should really send me a pair out of pity for medical reasons. I think the Aria could legitimately save me from having an aneurysm!
