Don't waste the money on an AIO, get an i7-6700k for only a little more and find a good air cooler that you like. That will allow you to get the most power for your money.

That is a pretty awesome CPU, I agree. I would check elsewhere or research more before you try it yourself - especially if you want to upgrade and sell your system, overclocking BCLK could hurt your resell prices.

Try going with an r9 390 or r9 380x with a 1440p monitor, that might even leave room in your budget for an ssd still.
