DioOmicida got a reaction from QwertzHz in Dell XPS 15 price changes over the first half year after launch
Rule of thumb I've always followed with tech is to just buy it if there is a deal going on.
Chances are if you wait, by the time the price natively matches the deal, something bigger and better will available and catch your eye.

Not perfect, but if you want something more in depth you should do a lot of research into it. I have a friend who rigged a security system up himself through his network, and wired it into an hold fog horn or something? It's loud. That I know.

DioOmicida got a reaction from Leozyo in 2 ssd's?
I don't think, for me, the benefit from the higher end SSD's are worth the premium cost. I would say go the route that saves you more money since it sounds like you'll be happy with either set up you might go with.

DioOmicida got a reaction from openthatchest in What Graphics Card Should I Go With?
I'd invest some of that price savings into a larger SSD. I have a 128GB SSD and after everything I use was installed, I had room for about 1 game on the SSD.

Summer sale is just around the corner.
Just find something cheap to play to hold you over.
Humble bundle is always an option.

DioOmicida reacted to DiamondShark286 in Compatible between mobo and SSD, mobo and win10
as long as there were drivers for any previous version of windows it will work secure boot just only boots trusted OSs so windows would work fine even if it didn't you could turn it off in BIOS

Secure boot is software protection. The SSD is hardware.
So long as it's SATA and not in M.2 form, any SSD will work.

DioOmicida got a reaction from ChAZZBear85 in DDR4 MOBO's
If its the Gigabyte G1 Gaming 7 found here, then I'd just get it.
They both support 2 way SLI and 3 way Crossfire and have M.2.
It's on sale and $50 under the Asus. I'm also not a fan of the pure white board.

No HDMI port on that board.
But it should go into your GPU.

Oo man, I couldn't help you otherwise since you've tried on multiple browsers.
I'd just contact them. Couldn't think of what else to try.

I've seen the 1060 pull some better numbers so if you're considering either, I'd just get the better card.

I'd get the 1070 over a 980 and you might as well get 16gb of RAM since it's rather cheap.
As for cases I like the H440 but you can pretty much buy any case that will fit your MB.
Your motherboard should be a Z170 assuming youre getting a Skylake Z 17.

Looks exactly like you want.
Don't know anything about the brand, though.

DioOmicida got a reaction from RightSide in Need you guys to help me out!
Buying a third party GPU like MSI already come overclocked or will have an overclock mode which in most cases push's the card pretty far.
When I overclocked my GPU, I was only able to push an extra 3 to 4 frames which essentially lend to almost no change whatsoever.
MIS is my favorite brand, MSI 1060 x 6G, when it comes to GPUs but honestly pick whichever custom fits your budge/build.
