Had the same problem when i was done with my first build. I didn't have any internet connection and had no idea why.
Didn't know i had to download the motherboard drivers that came on a disk. *facepalm*

use the disk you got with the motherboard and install lan drivers, otherwise, download from another laptop and install it that way.
Look the motherboard up in google, and download drivers for it.

r9 380 or gtx 950. r9 380 is better.
 
750ti is outdated since 950 came out.

i think something like r9 380 or gtx 960 would be more appropriate.

The difference is GTA is supposed to be in the same area, and the layout is significantly different from the original with massive overhauls.
This has virtually the exact same layout as far cry 4, but the big difference is one is located in the Himalaya, in ASIA, and the other is located in centeral EUROPE, almost on the other side of the globe from each other.

Looks good. However gaming based you'd be better off going for a 980 Ti, Cheaper with sometimes better gaming performance.
 
Maybe change to the x99 platform although I suppose that's dependent on if you need the skylake features.

Wait i have kind of the same problem with my 980Ti. The gpu usage isn't very high and so on.

It all depends on what games you play, what monitor you have, what settings you want to use and what your budget is.

Maybe try getting an i5 and something like an AMD 380x? No idea what that would cost in Malaysia but that 950 isn't that great.

unless you need the 12 gb vram .... go with double the number of 980tis or even triple, that'll be very good for a long time. What is this build meant for?
EDIT: take a look at the phanteks enthoo luxe, this'll be a sweet case too. AND: cooling will be no issue
