  1. yeah, hahahaha, I watched that one. Im gonna go with a P4000 then. I assume a P5000 (which is over budget) would be equal to a 1080
  2. Alright, but is it recommended to game on a quadro (neglecting the preformace/price ratio)
  3. that would end up as a straight comparison between a P2000 and a P4000 as GTX is not supported
  4. planning on using a P2000 (about 450 euro 530 USD) or maybe a P4000 (850 euro / 1000 USD). I'm pretty sure that the P2000 isn't all that good for gaming.
  5. Hi everyone, In planning to build a pc for gaming and CAD software, mainly Solidworks. My plan is to use a GTX card for the gaming and a Quadro (P2000) for the CAD. The reason for this is that SolidWorks does not utilize a GTX gaming card, and switches to the CPU for rendering and simulation computing. When using a Quadro the computing etc. is done on the GPU, which results in quicker calculations. However, for gaming, a GTX is nice to have as Quadros usually are older version GTX chips and not optimized for high fps output. Could anyone tell me if the following will work? - Using a GTX 1070/1080 for gaming, connected to monitor - Using a Quadro P2000 (or any quadro) for computing, not connected to monitor Cheers!
  6. This would be a problem solver! My brother got some games for his birthday, but his laptop is to slow to run them, unfortunatly. We do not have any other pc's who can run them, but we do have a tv for the zotac zbox! No more disconnecting hdmi cables and laptops on the floor near the tv, just a nice slim and tiny ZBOX in the room!. Lets hope I win it!
  7. I really like the wooden caps on the headphone. It would be a great replacement for my old and cheap headphones. The keyboard and mouse and mousmat will go to my brother, because he turns 16 soon (middle of November) The gear looks really nice and solid
