Yes it does. I can watch US Netflix with this. 

@TVwazhere Yes although some other VPNs call it a different thing.

For example on NordVPN it shows this which is basically the same:

I think PrivateVPN is using dedicated IP addresses for Netflix streaming on select servers which means I can watch US Netflix even without enabling the stealth function. 

I have PIA (before they became an LTT sponsor) I dont know if they have that
