My PC config is: Ryzen 3 3100 32GB of DDR4 3200mhz Asus Prime x570-p GTX 980ti-FE Masterwatt 750w PSU

As the title says I can't figure it out. I have changed hardware and it looks like it might be a CPU issue. As well two of my Windows boot drives have become corrupted just out of the blue and I am trying to install any OS and not being able to access my bios or even my boot option. I would like to show photos but it is just nothing.

I just purchased a used mobo and it is not posting the PSU is brand new but no signs of life.

It is like 20gb and can the is drive be used as a cache?

Can I use a usb to install freeNAS to a internal ssd?

So it is an actual server and not a extra desktop first off it will be replacing my WD mycloud as my main NAS as well I will be using it to rip my disks and my main ingest of media station.
