3570K Just realized i am actually running at 4.5 OC for 24/7 Cpu Offset voltage is .030 (Just turned it up to .035) Cpu-z says 1.2 volts at full load. (62C while folding) Doesn't seem to high. Ya my 5 Ghz OC was for fun not 24/7 got mixed up.

I think i have a stability issue. I can run Prime 95 for 3 days and be fine, but after I fold for more then 7 days it crashes. I might have to bump up the voltage a bit. I am overclock to 5 Ghz with Water.

There Should be no bottle necking but I think that psu is a little overkill unless you plan on Crossfiring in the future. I would also throw an SSD in there.

I like the FT02 Looks very solid. Silver Stone make great cases very solid and well designed. I have the FT03 and love it.

Looks good. If you want to overclock i would go with water cooling. and get a h100i or h220. Both of those will easily hit 4.5. it usually bottlenecks around 4.6-4.7 on ivy. Im running my 3570k @ 4.5 24/7 with an h80. So you shouldn't have a problem.

I've been using Gelid thermal compound. Don't remember where I got the tube from but i seem to get really good temps.
