It's almost a year since I ordered mine, so I can't check the track & trace details, but to give you a rough estimation, from shipment to delivery at home, it tooks 16 days.
The inklaringskosten mail came after 13 days.

ouchie got a reaction from KipDaM in Any updates on the backpack zipper problem?
Do you expect me to watch every single video and livestream to see if there is an update? Good that there is an update, but I expect an email or an unlisted video and embed it in the product page, not a random timestamp of an almost 2 hour livestream.
But thanks for the update.

ouchie reacted to Razercake in Any updates on the backpack zipper problem?
I wasn't responding to you? I was just telling the other person that said "they haven't talked about on wan show in around 3 months" was incorrect, cause it has been mentioned multiple times on Wan Show & provided both of you with the most recent update about the zippers. so No i don't expect you watch every single video, but the commen wasn't directed at you 😄 happy to help

ouchie reacted to Anghammarad in Shipping to Germany question
So the first Part of my order arrived today directly delivered from DHL no paperwork in advance just the mailman ringing with the package.
The Order was 215.94 US$ ... I had to pay 67,49 € Customs, with an additional 10 € DHL fee on delivery.
I hope this helps.
The Order was placed on August 3rd ... so it arrived around 3 weeks later here in Hamburg. Nice Timeframe I have to say, thought for at least 6 weeks.

ouchie got a reaction from apropos in Backpack delivery to EU
I know nothing about the IOSS stuff, but Nick did say that: "You shouldn't be charged VAT at delivery."
That is why I am saying that there is no product VAT and only import tax.
