i imagine they put the camera in the top coz of the battery. have to find a "tear down" of the product to confirm.

Youd have to thicken up the phone quite a bit to make room for the battery, or lose battery capacity. The regained space isnt really there by moving it as the camera already is traditionally on top of other components.

you aren't gonna need more than a good 550w PSU.

Only get the 3600x if it's just slightly cheaper than the 3600. Your motherboard choice is fine but a B450 ITX board would also be good, I have the Asus B450-I. The Corsair PSU is a good choice but 750W is massively overkill, even 650W is a lot, I'd recommend a 550W-650W unit (at most).

dont get the 3600x. just get the 3600. its the exact same thing except for like 100mhz. it makes 2% difference. get a cheaper mobo and get faster ram (maybe 3200 will be better). also, get ram from gskill or corsair. those usually have better timings and will perform better. 
 
everything else seems good.

I woudl say its good, but monitor seems to be made by random company. u/he only needs additional CPU cooler ONLY if he wants to overclock it. If not, then stock cooler is totally fine.Also this MOBO supports only 1 case fan. This case ships with 2 included case fans so this means he will be only able to use one of them. The last thing I want to expose is that maybe 2 sticks of 4GB ram will be better than 1 8GB. I could be wrong about ram, but I thnk 2 sticks would be better.

Im looking for a new Monitor for my new PC. Im using it most of the time for Gaming. i think for my setup a Monitor with 2560x1440 pixels should be good. At the moment im using a Acer GD245HQ 120hz 1920x1080 Monitor
Here the specs of my Computer:
i7 6700K (Not overclocket at the moment)
16GB DDR4 2800 RAM (HyperX Savage)
1x EVGA GTX980TI Classified
512GB Samsung SSD
 
27" is the maximum i want.
