what parts? you should be able use any gpu provided your case has enough space. It could also be a bottleneck, which isn't compatibility issue but it just means your graphics card is too fast for your cpu and your cpu is holding it back or your cpu is holding your graphics card back.

Sentryy got a reaction from Totalschaden1997 in LAPTOP INFESTED WITH BUGS
You should see if there's anything an exterminator can do. Otherwise you'll just need to take the back case off and leave it and blow compressed air into it every few minutes/hours so they don't reproduce.

is minimal at best on a Z68/77 motherboard. maybe 105MHz increase before the graphics crashes or the RAM/PCIe limits are trashed.

Sentryy reacted to Enderman in Why is sequential/random R/W stats important when dealing with flash?
Because a storage drive still needs to find the data when it's in random places?
Or do you think it just magically knows where all your data is and instantly goes to the correct place?
That's why random reads and writes are so much slower than sequential even though it's still an SSD.

Sentryy got a reaction from aedan929 in Can't Reach Maximum RAM Speeds!
you might want to wait for bios updates because amd pushed ryzen 7 out prematurely (the motherboard manufacterer couldn't make everything perfect first )
-
Sentryy got a reaction from aedan929 in Can't Reach Maximum RAM Speeds!
ram speeds don't matter too much but you're still going to see performance increase with bios updates

Sentryy got a reaction from aedan929 in Can't Reach Maximum RAM Speeds!
it's 400mhz of "preformance"
-
Sentryy got a reaction from Erbyy in Can't Reach Maximum RAM Speeds!
best preformance isn't 2933mhz vs 3200mhz
go oc and tune your chip to the best preformance rather than worry about small things!

not much from 2933mhz to 3200mhz

Sentryy got a reaction from RadiatingLight in 2slot vs 2.5slot gpu
I think it might be good to use it to measure some things
Like maybe will my case fit a 2.5slot card? Will I be able to use the 4x slot under if I use the 2.5slot cooler?

Sentryy got a reaction from Megah3rtz in Fx-9590 with a gtx 1070 vs a r7 1700 with a rx 480?
or wait for the 5 series and get a 1070 or a 6gb 1060 and spend about the same

Sentryy got a reaction from Enderman in how to game with a 8000 dpi mouse?
I think I use like 800 or so on my g602
Anything over 1600 is just ridiculous unless you have a 4k or multiple 4k monitors

Sentryy reacted to FakeNSA in Unpopular Opinion Thread
I have an original Ipad mini. This demonstrates my opinion that upgrading hardware is not something that is a necessity, because it depends on what you use it on.
