sjoerd108 got a reaction from Sack in Help! New build but windows wont install?!?
Ok here is what you got to do:
Locate the row of 4 pins labled 14 in this picture (make sure you got 14 and not 17 they might look like one big connector but they are not):
Then place a jumper on these two pins I marked red in this picture:
Then everything should be OK.

sjoerd108 reacted to Ophidio in The Hate on Seagate...
Taking a consumer grade HDD and putting it in a Data center where it's constantly being written on is not a way to achieve faster results. It's just a faster way to kill a drive. Consumer drives are not made to be written on constantly. You could take a Seagate and WD Blue, put them both in a data center and see which one dies first but that's not ging to give you the same result as putting them in a normal desktop at home. The Seagate could lose in the Data center scenario but could kick the WD drives ass in an at home desktop scenario. Taking the time to do actualy real world test is the way you get accurate results. Backblazes ways are ignorant and foolish.

I have no overclocks and it even happened when using a differend GPU. my RAM is not over 3000mhz. But I haven't hadthe issue after i tried @NumLock21 solution of setting the HDD sleep time to never.
