Just want to shoutout to Thermaltake:
I moved and lost some case feet and a PSU cable (the latter of which wasn't from thermaltake). 

I asked them to send a replacement, more than 2 yrs after purchase, and for a reason that was totally my fault. Under 24hrs they already sent em out to me. I am impressed, and happy.
