I swear that is the biggest Eff up on there behalf. They should of waited until they had the technology assets to create a full circular watch display. Ruins the look completely its like a monitor with a fat bezel thats uneven!

Pvtjace got a reaction from thewhitestig in Battlefield Hardline available for preorder, with a wonderful EA twist!
I see this game as a filler game between main titles.

Pvtjace got a reaction from JAKEBAB in The real reason Watch Dogs was not as good as it was expected.
Budgets on games these days are pre-defined. Marketing will receive their pot of money prior to a game being anywhere close to done. That amount will not change after approval from the suits.
Take a game like BF4. EA Allocates time allowance for patches with DICE. They do not just find and patch stuff, if that was the case their profits would be much smaller and we would have a finished game *Har har...* But EA Screw the gamers by allowing DICE to fix only a certain number of patches in waves which are allocated within their budget forecasts. Developers get paid peanuts and I really wish EA would throw more money into the patching phase rather then marketing a broken game.

Pvtjace got a reaction from Rageodontist in How to get Dayz to run in SLI!!!!!
Literally google cfg / fps / steam launch parameters for DayZ Mod or DayZ Standalone. Hundreds of them, tweak to your setup not theirs though.

Pvtjace got a reaction from Simmytu in DirectX & OpenGL to open up low-level access
This is why NVidia fan boys need to say that AMD needs to go burn and never come back blah blah..
Having competition brings up issues and creates innovation. Even if AMD mantel flopped with BF4 and its still early days its now woken up the beast and will now benefit everyone in the pc gaming scene on both development and end user. I think AMD have made a good thing happen here!

And a 7950 is a nice improvement. -

Pvtjace got a reaction from Muppet in Australian Election 2013
Rudd wanted an NBN, he's a good direction in the IT sector of Australia.
Rudd never wanted the Carbon tax, he was working on a trading scheme that wouldnt root big industries.
Rudd is who I voted for, not some ranga who sways a party so Im glad our Kevin 07 is back, because frankly id rather move over seas then live under Abbot!
