Well its not 1 frame its a few frames every 2-3 seconds. So im not sure what the issue is... Its definetly more than 1 frame tho

Oh and my VRAM usage is around 2,3 or 4 % constantle and temps at around 30-38

I have an Asus Strix GTX 970 and am using the software it came with to monitor performance. it has vram usage, gpu speed and gpu temp. Should the speed be around 105% constantly? if not what could be going wrong? Thanks :-)

Agreed... that my point in showing it lol... They are fine for some stuff but not for others.
