I'm visiting him in South Korea on 26th, so I thought I would get a DAC for him in hopes for solving the issue. I was originally looking between Schiit and Audioengine, but this wolfson DAC would make him happier no doubt. JUST found the shipping fee to canada is crazy, any high quality DAC would do if it's against the rules or can't be shipped. I'm basically using my sandybridge laptop like a desktop and it's crashing on me like hell during summer. This compact with m.2 support and gtx 960 gpu would be a great upgrade

GTX 970 would do just fine if you are mainly up for 1080p games and pay no more. I heard from a friend his zotac 970 can also run at 1440p at a very playable level

ASUS N55SF laptop running 2 monitors and being used like a pc.. after 2 years of great performance it started to give me BSODs which I still can't identify reason(s) for. Disassembled cleaned, paste reapplied several times, no luck there. Gotta interpret those blue screens in more detail
