  1. Good Afternoon folks, As the title suggests I am currently trying to choose the best AC-3200 router I can for my home network. There are a lot of devices and traffic on this network despite it being a home network. I've put the list of my choices below, what I am essentially looking for is any first hand experience with any of these products or recommendations anyone can make. I'm ideally looking for Hardware NAT + Good WiFi coverage, these routers should all provide that but I am currently leaning towards the ASUS although have read about some issues with drop outs. The router will be connected to a VDSL modem for my BT Infinite connection, if that makes any difference to any recomendations. I run a Plex server, streaming 1080p media across upto 5 devices internally and upto 4 streams externally. I do game online via PC in an evening (connected via a cable obviously) and sometimes stream. So once again thanks for taking a look if you have any questions or recommendations please reach out!
  2. Hey Folks, I am just wondering if anyone has built a Maximus Extreme 8 into a 750d just yet. I am looking for some pictures of how the board sits in realtion to the rubber gromits. I know the specification of the case allows for EATX but just wanted to see if the board overlaps the gromits as cable management is a must. Thanks!
  3. Hey, thanks for the feedback, I do intend to build a water cooling setup with graphics card blocks and a CPU block. Do you think 1000W is still way too over the top when including that? I just don't want to hit the point where I need to purchase another power supply because I didnt think ahead far enough thats all
  4. Hey, The large wattage is to cope with a second 980ti 6 months after build along with a water cooling setup. I've always believed in spending a lot on a good power supply and motherboard the rest can follow later. Thanks for your feedback!
  5. Hello Folks, I'm new to the party on the forums here at LTT, I've been watching Linus and co for the last couple of months since first seeing a video. I'm looking for community feedback on a part list I've put together for an upcoming build of mine. I'm heading down the MSI parts routes, I would much appreciate any feedback which could be offered! My current parts list is below: I7 -6700K Corsair Vengeance LPX 16 GB MSI Z170A M7 Corsair RM1000i Corsair Air 540 MSI GTX 980Ti Corsair H110i I will not be initially upgrading to an M.2 hard drive at the time of this build and will be retaining my EVO850 SSD. This will be my first high quality build in 5 years, as I'm currently running a cheap AMD system I built earlier this year. The current pricing of components (Amazon) is working out at just under £1430. I can't really move too much up but do really want to obtain some real world feedback on the MSI Z170A M7 motherboard. Thank you very much in avance! -TheVulcun
  6. Hey I'm new to the LTT forum but thought this was as good a reason as any to get signed up and check out the discussions here! I'm most interested in the headphones, they look great and most importantly comfortable! Of course the keyboard looks great too, you can't beat Cherry MX switches (Unless you go Topre!). So yea I'd love to win this all products look great but the headset caught my eye the most! -TheVulcun
