Hey everyone. I'm trying to be active on the forum but wasn't sure what to say, so I figured I'd just throw a couple pics of my "xbox arcade stick" build (you'll see the irony in the name in a second). I've been wanting to get back into fighting games and needed a stick, so I started looking. I was originally going to get the Razer Atrox that Linus reviewed at CES (I think) but when I had issues ordering from their site and their customer service is horrible, so I decided to just build my own. After ordering parts, wire, and a couple tools (wire strippers and crimper) I needed to find a case.

The final product. The best part imho is that the Eject button works as a start button, and the power button is the home button. Also the LED works to show it's plugged in.

I was trying to make and affordable Nes gaming pc and it turned out fairly close to what i wanted. The power supply is on the outside, but i just hide it under the table :D When idling i cant even hear it running!

It was clean then, right now i got a medium pizza box from dominos, a bag of parmesan bread bites, and a 20 oz redbull. inst finals week fun!

Epic specs though.

So my current CPU is a AMD Quad Core A6_3670K, and my motherboard is a AAHD3-HB. My computer is mostly gaming and I also use it for editing and other normal things someone would with their computer. I dont wan to spend too much, so I think this is good, even though it is a little bit over my budget. I will also take recommendations. The motherboard I want is a

I can record BF3 ultra settings with Fraps at 50-60 frames, with a 2 year old card. So I would say yes it will do the job! :)

The burnt look of it is particularly sweet, and relevant considering the fate of the companion cube XD
 
A suggestion: side panels made of Aperture panels. Then throw a blue and orange portal on both side panels, with a window into the internals.
Alternative, instead of both side panels, it could be on one side panel (front side with the components) and top side of the case, since the back side panel shows nasty cables.

Intake fans could have the blue/orange portal edges to them. Also, blue/orange LED fans. Aperture logo somewhere on the case (sides, front, etc).
 
e: I may or may not steal these ideas to use on my own custom case, just for lulz. I've been considering a portal themed case myself, alongside my glass desk concept.

This isn't just CoD, I think it's more the playerbase of the 360 in general. Which is why I often have everyone muted except my friends and/or party members.
 
As for CoD, I prefer to play it on PC, especially hardcore mode. I however have more friends who play it on 360, so I refuse to buy two copies of each game.
