Goddamn CSR. Uninstall the device, pull it out, reboot. Plug it into a different USB, then wait for Windows to do it's thing. Had this happen with a StarTech.com Bluetooth adapter, and apparently it's an issue with that chipset specifically.

That happens to me on a 270x from MSI. Try removing the OC or underclocking by like 10MHz from the base clock. That seemed to work for me

Most of the time with a good CPU like the i5 4690K the R9 380 is better.

Oh and not every card will be able to crossfire with a 7850. Make sure to check compatibility if you end up dual-GPU-ing.

Check Craigslist for a used 290x, I saw one for $150 the other day.
 
You won't be able to use all of the 4 gigs with a lower capacity card in CF though, since the textures and such must be mirrored across both cards, so both will only use 2 out of however many gigs are available.

What do you expect he wants to spend 70 Euros....

I would recommend the Radeon R7 240 2gb card

CS:GO is CPU intensive.
