I saw this post and my heart breaks all over again. This was my Merry! (LOTR reference) got him when he was a pup and for 9 months, he was the best dog I could've ever asked for and was my first dog since I've been living on my own. His health had a very sudden decline and I had no choice but to let my baby boy go.

The diagnosis came out to be that he had a disease that basically eats at his nervous system and he was now completely paralyzed and he couldn't even use the restroom. A part of me doesn't believe that! He was such an active boy and showed no signs if any health issues. Personally, I think a neighbor fed him something that basically shut his body down and I was told something different because they knew I would burn every house on the block down if I found that to be true. But, i miss my buddy and things just aren't the same without him. Dont think I'll ever own another dog, because I've already the best boi in the world!

RIP Merry. I'll always love you buddy!

Jessie had a little Injury on her front right leg. We think she must've stepped in something, she just randomly started bleeding one day and then immediately went to the vet to check it out and patch it up:

But she's been such a good Girl so we bought her (and Jaba) this Hippo Toy alongside with a Bag full of Treats last Saturday when we went shopping. She's since been at the Vet for Checkup every two days. Jaba is the one who is making a bigger fuss out of this.

Just want to point out that LG also shoves ads into their TVs.

Anyway, I don't really get the hate for Smart TVs. Smart TVs are an entire category and blindly hating on all of them is kind of dumb. It's like hating graphics cards because you once bought a GT 710 and it didn't perform well.

I got a Philips Android TV and I am very pleased with it. Google did make it way worse when they changed their launcher to include ads, but you can change the launcher to one that doesn't include ads, so it is not the end of the world. The benefit of having things like Netflix, Youtube (SmartTubeNext), Kodi and other streaming services built into the TV is worth the minor downsides if you ask me.

Is there a repair shop in the area that offers a BIOS update service?

Otherwise, you might consider returning the CPU and going for an Athlon 200GE. There's not much difference in specs, and the only real feature you're losing is CPU overclocking (which A320 doesn't have access to, save for some specific models)

You'll find every company has people that have bad experiences with them. I, for one, will never recommend MSI. IMO they're complete trash. Depending what kind of trouble shooting work you're looking for, it's probably not their job. If it's specific to their component, sure, but if it in any way can be caused by components not related to that specific one, you're kind of on your own.

Please use punctuation in your posts. That was fucking painful.

    Summary
Apple users rejoice as they are finally allowed to do what everyone else does , sideloading and accessing third party stores, if this goes through and I dont really  know why it wouldnt. Especially in conjunction with other, similar new planned laws in the EU.

    My thoughts
Well, I might be buying an iphone in the future, as the inability to use it as I like was always the biggest obvious hurdle to do so.

Have been running Jellyfin now for a couple years approx. I love it most of the time, I can run many instances at the same time when I have to. I like that I can transcode with my GPU when needed without paying for premium service, also anyone that's got an account and is on my home network can download stuff directly to their devices from Jellyfin... it's a small thing I know, cos they can connect to my server and do that anyway, but it's sometimes easier when they can use a GUI and view info like synopsis and such.
Sometimes it can be a pain, it doesn't refresh when it should to show new media, but that could be down to the device viewing it, I usually pre-empt it by force closing, and re-opening Jellyfin whenever I go onto it... and then it's fine.

This has been my situation for a few years now; I have the "Premium" option in Canada, and I have all my devices at my house and in my daughter's room, and then my account is also logged into my former PS4 at my ex's house where my daughter primarily lives as well.

Curious to see how the test goes, and if they start trying to roll it out to other countries. If the price becomes egregious or they implement more hassle than is necessary, I have Plex, which I use way more than any other service anyways.

I have both, Ironwolves and Reds and have had no issues with either of them. You can't really go wrong.

EDIT: And if you are on 1gbit Ethernet then you will very likely see no difference at all in speed.

Looks like you don't have anyhting in the CPU-FAN connector to me, but can't tell exactly from those pics. You might be able to disable the CPU fan warning though in the bios, if you can get in... I would suggest just plugging in any fan to the cpu fan just to try it.

^This. It's how everybody used to mount the PSU before cases started having side or bottom vents where the PSU sits inside the case.

paddy-stone reacted to Levent in How to fit a PSU in a case with no top or bottom vent?
cases that have fan mounts at the bottom, usually have vents at the bottom hence why I always mount psu fans facing down, up or down. If its mounted up top, it will exhaust air from inside of your case to outside.

It could be a very frustrating time trying to get your old windows install working properly. I personally almost always opt for a re-install, unless the change was minimal, like from a Ryzen 2600x to a Ryzen 3600 etc.. where the changes are so minimal that the drivers etc should be mostly the same.

I need to just write this down so I can copy/paste it since this exact thread pops up so often.

Your old Windows install was likely on an MBR drive and the new board likely has CSM/Legacy boot mode disabled by default, as it should. You can either try enabling that OR, as is highly suggested, keep CSM off and re-install Windows. If you didn't properly prep that old Windows install before removing it from the old system, you're likely in for a few issues even if you do get it to boot up in the new system.

If you have the money, go for it. But you'll have to go for the best to actually get a meaningful difference. I'd go with the Arctic Liquid Freezer II 360 and pick up some Thermal Grizzly kryonaut or even Conductonaut.

Are your running your physical network in the same subnet? Sounds like you have a private network between your VM and your PC and the VM is not exposed to your actual home network.
