  1. Apologies to that I'm not good with these different types of resolutions. I'm basic towards tech. If you could explain to me what HDR is?
  2. I'm currently at work and I can check when I get home I'm pretty sure it's in the correct one.
  3. And yea On my PS4 it only give me 2160p YUV420 which it's at currently, but on my Xbox is gives me 720p 1080p and 4K as an option and it automatically chose 4K when I set it up
  4. I just bought a 4K tv since I have a PS4 pro and Xbox one s. I bought this model. http://www.bestbuy.com/site/sony-65-class-64-5-diag--led-2160p-smart-4k-ultra-hd-tv-with-high-dynamic-range-black/5748206.p?skuId=5748206 and I am using a 2.0 cable that came with the pro. So is should work and I'm fairly certain the HDMI input is the correct to allow. any help please?
  5. Ok thanks. It eventually reinstalled all of its bloatware and it is now working okay. Hopefully it won't cause any issues.
  6. I just bought an HP from Best Buy and I downloaded Runescape and steam. I decided to then download fallout new vegas and then quit the installation since it was taking so long then I deleted the macafee security since I thought I didn't need it. I then played runescape for about 20 minutes then it crashed like the cpu was handling too much and decided to not respond so I quit it and restarted runescape then played literaly 5 minutes then to completely froze. So I did ctrl alt delete to see and nothing then decided to do the old power button hold and I turned it back on then it said it couldn't even load my previous files at all and I was so confused. I'm currently doing a hp software install with no disk so I'm guess it's already pre installed. It's really aggravating me that I'm using this solely for runescape and some other applications and it's already completely screwed up beyond my understanding. can anyone help me in understanding this?
  7. I looked through my box and I had don't see any. currently on my GPU I have 2 4 pin power it and no actual 8 pins.

  12. Currently I have a GTX 1080 and I honestly love power and I'm getting a second in the near future but I wanted to make sure I have enough power and I'm sure a 1000 watt I have is good right now but maybe something more if needed. I'm off and on in this tech world. I was also wondering where I could purchase additional connecters since I do not have an extra 2x8 connecter from of course GPU to the Power supply, any idea where I can try to find them, I've looked all over and I can't seem to find them. any help is appreciated
  13. I thank you for the input. I was leaning more towards performance than it getting hot and eventually down the road just poof.
  14. I would first like to say I'm fairly still new to this whole community, I recently built my first pc as I made a little discussion on it about a year ago. perfectly fine everythings good. well I'd like to "upgrade" from a 980ti 6GB to a 1080 8GB but I'm having trouble deciding which because I'm not exactly tech savvy at all actually. I have 3 different 1080's to choose from but I'm not exactly sure which is the best. My limit is basically $750 but again before I buy i'd like to know which to choose. Here are my options, and yes I know the "brand" doesn't matter other than aesthetics and if the brand is reliable or not, but i'm just a tad confused on which one. Any input? 15. I'm looking for a case that'll fit an e-atx motherboard and still have enough room to put extra graphics cards inside while small enough to not get too hot and be manageable (eg) not weighing in 50 pounds. pretty much the smallest case possible but still manageable.
