I've been on a diet for the past few months, and I lost 31 lbs (14kg, 2.2 stone) so far. Now if I had gone off less, I probably would've lost more, but this is still a good start. I have a long way to go, but I'm looking forward to the day where I feel comfortable in nothing but swim trunks.

Bout to start one myself in about 2 weeks. Just doing for a few months to shed a few spare pounds. I did it last year for about 3 weeks and lost 15lbs in 3 weeks doing 0 exercise. All you eat is bacon, eggs, hamburgers, and steak. It's not a bad diet.

Yeah, I've been doing a low carb diet as well. I usually go around 1500 calories and less than 20g carbs. I've seen about 8 to 10lb loss per week (but I screwed myself by going off, being Korean and Italian doesn't help what with the rice and the pasta lol.) I tried calorie counting diets in the past but they just never worked out for me, so it's nice to actually see good results.

I'm telling you, Carnivore is the way to go. That thing is a miracle diet. 0 carb and all meat and stuff like eggs. If I worked out a ton I bet I could looks 20 pounds in a month no problem. I was only 190lbs when I did it last year and I got down to 175 in 3 weeks. And I'm 6' 3" so it's not like I was crazy overweight and look how much I lost. If you are really overweight you can put off a crazy amount of weight, Some of my family members who were quite heavy did it and they put off 40+ pounds the first month.

And of note, when I mean just meat and eggs, I mean it. No vegetables, fruit, cheese, nothing. I literally mean meat and eggs and that's it. You can't eat anything else. And be careful with seasonings, got to watch for sugar. And drink only water.
