  1. I found the BIOS settings for it. I feel so stupid to not look through the BIOS before seeking some hardware solution. Thank you the issue is solved.
  2. I have a home lab which I use to test software, host websites, docker containers, and serve media files using Jellyfin. It's an old gaming rig with the following specs: CPU: Core i7 6800K Motherboard: MSI X99A Godlike Gaming RAM: 16 GB DDR4 2666 MHz (2* 8) GPU: GT 710 PSU: Thermaltake TR2 S Series 550W I am running Ubuntu server OS. During the summer season, I am facing some extended power outages every few days in the week. I want to make sure that my server automatically turns on after power is restored. I was thinking of building an electrical module with a relay switch and connecting it to the power supply and the power switch pin in the motherboard. But I am not an electric engineer, so I am not sure if this will work. I am asking if anyone has a solution using off-the-shelf components first. If not I would love to get some directions on how to build the module. N.B.: I do have an 2000VA offline UPS, it can't provide enough backup.
  3. My internet speed is 12 Mbps up/down. But I have got a NAS in my home. I transfer video files to and from the NAS. BTW what do you think should I take the X5355 for 5-10$?
  4. Here is the specification list: CPU: Intel PDC E5700 RAM: 4 GB DDR3 Network Cards: Onboard Realtek 100Mbit (which I know works with pfSense) Intel 8492MT Pro dual network adapter* Storage: 32 GB USB stick Now, my question is will the * marked "Intel 8492MT Pro dual network adapter" work with pfsense and will my PDC E5700 able to handle gigabit speed file transfer? And should I consider buying a Xeon X5355 from ebay for 5$?
  5. Good idea. I wish I had done some brainstorming before bugging you people.
  6. They ain't replacing it for some reasons. There is not extra LED cable, There's just one pump power cable.
  7. I've a red and black color scheme. But I've bought this AIO which has a blue LED build-in it. It's the Cooler Master MasterLiquid Pro 240. Link: http://www.coolermaster.com/cooling/cpu-liquid-cooler/masterliquid-pro-240/ Is there any way I can turn that light off? I'm using electric tape to block it. But it does look good. Suggestions are appreciated.
  8. Thanks, man!! I've fixed the issue.
  9. But when I use Adaptive mode, the CPU voltage rises to 1.266V in full utilization, and reduces to just 1.239V in rest. Am I doing something wrong? I'm new to overclocking.
  10. I'm thinking of using this overclock for like everyday use. Once I heard someone say 70C is too hot for a CPUf ro daily use. Plus I'm running my CPU at 1.25V all the time. Is that Okay?
  11. Hey, I'd like to know if these temps are safe? Screenshot attached.
