Well I ran an AVG scan, and I haven't had another occurrence of it. There was a single threat and I removed it so I think I'm in the clear. Thanks for all the help!

So this "recommended" update keeps randomly popping up and will not go away until I end it in task manager. I've gone to through Windows updater and it is saying there's no updates for my pc, so where is this coming from? Did it come from a virus or what? Thank you in advance for any help.

So, random thought. I just watched a video by The king of DIY about an aquarium chiller (link below). We all know the pc in a fridge doesn't work, but what if you did something like an aquarium chiller? basically coiling up a hose over and over inside a mini fridge to cool your loop? Let me know if you have tried such a concept and if it performs at all. I have many doubts. Prosit!

I have an FPS counter on all of my games, yet I do not have Fraps on my computer anymore. I have reinstalled it, deactivated the counter, then uninstalled it again, yet I still have this counter. Is this coming from another program? I have MSI Afterburner and SpeedFan installed, but I don't think I ever activated a counter on those, and I've gone into Steam's options and the box isn't checked there either. It's not a big deal, but I don't really want it there anymore. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Hello all, I'm trying to get some mods installed from the Nexus so I can refresh my next Fo4 play through. I've gone from site to site, looking for any other way to get it to work, I've altered my .ini I've changed codes here and there, but nothing seems to work. For the record I'm downloading with the NMM. Any help I get will be greatly appreciated.

I'm looking to get an Ultrawide monitor in the near future to complete my 3-monitor surround setup. Ay my current state I have two 27" 16:9 monitors, and I want an ultrawide for the center display. As I don't like off-sized displays meaning one is narrower top-bottom than another, what 21:9 display is as close to the same height as possible to a 27" 16:9? Not including stand, just in terms of display area? Through a little math I assume a 34" 21:9 is but I just want some clarification. Thank you in advance for any and all help.

I'm looking for a 750W power supply for my next build that I'm trying to get it as quiet as possible. Does anybody have any recommendations as to a good PSU with a silent idle mode? Preferably 80+ Gold or better. Thank you in advance for all help.

Can I paint the casing of a 5.25" Disc Drive? e.g: DVD Writer. Of course taking care not to get any paint on the SATA ports with tape and whatnot. My case doesn't entirely hide the rear of my drive and I just want to camouflage into the case a bit more. Just let me know if that's a possibility or will it ruin my drive beyond repair? Thank you in advance for everybody's help!

I have two monitors and I as hoping I could possibly extend the taskbar across them both? Say the Start button on the bottom left of one monitor and the clock on the bottom right of the other without having another start button in the bottom left of my second monitor. I know this is a long shot, knowing how much Microsoft is aiming to make pc's uniform and not customizable like their fruit-like competitors, but I think it would be nice to have a solid taskbar across my monitors without all the clutter. Thank you in advance for any feedback,

I have a Zotac 970 Amp! Omega Core, and it is a great card. Zotac is a good brand. So look to aesthetics or core clock to price when choosing really.
