mikestechs got a reaction from njmyers3 in My First Build [Build Log - The Basic]
Hello there,
I wish you happy and nice new year 2016 full of GPUs and CPUs and amazing Builds!!!
__________________________________________________________________________________________
Okay, so this is my fisrt build i have ever done. I know it is not something amazing, overkill or anything else but still work perfectly for me.
FUTURE
Have my build more colorful --> Black and red build (Paint some components) Get some "protect" covers for my cabels in Deal with the "valume" of Powersupplie fan
So, my parts:
C-TECH LADON [36$]
Good looking case, Cheap ATX, mATX, mITX
Cable management, Dust filters, support 7x 120x120mm Fans
AMD Athlon X4 860K Black Edition Kaveri [84$]
Processor Quad-Core, 3.7GHz, 4MB cache, BOX, socket FM2+, 95W
Why this processor? It's cheap, best AMD's performance per dollar
Asus Strix GTX950 [181$]
2GB GDDR5 (6610MHz), NVIDIA GeForce GTX950 (1165MHz), Boost clock 1355MHz, PCIe x16, 128bit, 2x DVI, HDMI, DisplayPort
MSI A78M-E45 V2 [63$]
Actualy, i wasn't 100% sure if this is better than this one ---> MSI A88X-G41 PC Mate: differences --> G41 is an ATX, with "only" 2 RAM slots, less USB 3.0 ports and 12$ more expensive than E45
Kingston 8GB KIT DDR3 1600MHz CL10 HyperX Fury Blue Series [48$]
2x4GB, 1600MHz, CL10 Nice looking, good quality
SilentiumPC Fera 2 HE1224 [28$]
cooler on my processor...becouse everybody know...AMD's Box cooler is trash
Intel 535 120GB SSD bulk [73$]
Read = 540 MB/s
Write = 480MB/s
It's intel
WD Blue 1000GB 64MB cache [61$]
7200 rotation/s
Write = 150MB/s
NOCTUA NF-S12A PWM [20$]
120x120mm
automatic regulation of fans
NOCTUA NF-S12A FLX [20$]
120x120mm
EVGA 500B [61$]
quiet, 80 plus bronze
C-TECH SCORPIA [31$]
Backlight = 7 colours, programmable

mikestechs got a reaction from Tech_Dreamer in [First build] - THE BASIC
Hello Guys,
It is day after christmas and i got new pc. My first PC, i was dream about it long time ago.
And here we go:
PROCESOR: AMD Athlon X4 860K Black Edition Kaveri GRAPHIC CARD: SAPPHIRE R7 250X VAPOR-X OC MOTHERBOARD: MSI A78M-E45 V2 RAM: Kingston 8GB KIT DDR3 1600MHz CL10 HyperX Fury Blue Series CPU COOLER: SilentiumPC Fera 2 HE1224 MEMORIES. Intel 535 120GB SSD bulk + WD Blue 1000GB 64MB cache NOCTUA NF-S12A PWM + NOCTUA NF-S12A FLX KEYBOARD: C-TECH SCORPIA CASE: C-TECH LADON The build is around 630$.
Out of this budget is:
MONITOR: Samsung syncmaster p2470hd MOUSE: Yenkee YMS 2015BK All of those components were bought about a month ago.
The thing is, that i also get another 200$ and i don't know how to spend it.
I am thinking about those things:
SPEAKERS: Logitech Z150 black - just becouse my monitor has the worst sound ever [24$] HEADPHONES: A4tech Bloody G500 [28$] WEBCAMERA: A4tech PK-900H Full HD - becouse of streaming [24$] RAM: Another pair of my Kingston 8GB KIT - to have 16GB of RAM for future upgrading [49$] GAMEPAD: Logitech Wireless F710 - for games [48$] MOUSE: A4tech Blody RT7 terminator core 2 - programmable, nice looking ,wirelles mouse [40$] MONITOR: LED 24" SAMSUNG S24D300H - get better monitor is one of the prefer options to spend my budget but not full of it [141$] FANS: Noctua NF-S12A - another pair of those amazing fans to have my case more quiet so i will change stock CPU cooler fan for two Noctua fans [40$]
But i also thinking about new graphic card. Like i said i have got Sapphire R7 250X 1GB, it's quite nice and cheap card. I have tried games like Battlefield 4, GTA V and it seems just like 1GB isn't enough so what about those:
MSI R9 380 2GB5T OC [221$ - just a little bit more than 200$] or
MSI R7 370 GAMING G2 [182$]
I just need help.
What should i buy?
or
Should i buy something else?
